Legal agreement governing your use of ksplay services and platform

Our services are primarily intended for residents of Indonesia. You confirm that you are physically located in Indonesia when accessing ksplay. We may request identity verification documents including but not limited to a government-issued ID card (KTP), passport, driver's license, or proof of address. You must provide requested documents within 14 days of the request. Failure to complete verification may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, breach of terms, underage gambling, money laundering, bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated betting systems, or any activity we deem harmful to the integrity of our platform. Upon account closure, we will process the return of your remaining account balance, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to ksplay and completion of all pending investigations.
ksplay accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata. We also support e-wallet deposits through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but typically start at Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit amounts per transaction are generally capped at Rp 100,000,000, though limits may vary by payment provider. Before withdrawing bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses, you must fulfill all applicable wagering requirements. We reserve the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing large withdrawals or first-time withdrawals. Accounts with incomplete KYC verification may have withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is completed.

Attempts to abuse bonuses through creation of multiple accounts or other fraudulent means will result in forfeiture of bonuses and potential account closure.

For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw bonus funds or winnings derived from the bonus. Requesting a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus. Breaching any bonus terms or engaging in bonus abuse (irregular betting patterns, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements) will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ksplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if ksplay has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the ksplay platform. Technical issues, server maintenance, internet connectivity problems, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally disrupt service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, provided we act in good faith to restore service as quickly as possible.
In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void. We reserve the right to void any bet or game result that we determine, in our sole discretion, was affected by technical errors, software bugs, or system manipulation.
Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with ksplay services is to stop using the services and close your account. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount of funds in your account balance at the time of the claim.
All content on the ksplay platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of ksplay or its content suppliers and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the ksplay platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our platform without prior written consent from ksplay.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ksplay operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of ksplay services shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact ksplay customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may proceed to arbitration.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these terms, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ksplay regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and ksplay.
